My Brand My Challenge

Through rigorous coaching and high-impact leadership development exercises, MBMC challenges each participant to strengthen their brand during this transformative 4-week journey.


 Participants will receive the following: 

  • Two 45-minute 1/1 brand strengthening coaching sessions each week.
  •  A transformative/sustainable result-driven leadership building curriculum.
  • Pre-coaching assessment to identify areas of development/opportunity for each participant.

Weekly Challenge #1: Connection

  • M.B.M.C 1 on 1 two 45-minute coaching sessions on communication in a leader.
  • Complete what's my communication style (direct, systematic, considerate, free-spirited).
  • Challenger will also identify 3-5 colleagues to complete their communication style to have an understanding of how to adapt their communication techniques.

During the first week, a personal coach will connect with the participant in branding their CONNECTION. This week the focus is on communicating effectively. Emotions mainly drive communication. 


The challenger will identify if he/she is a planner, factual, creative, or thoughtful communicator.  They will learn how to communicate effectively by understanding their style. Additionally, the challenger will learn how their communication style affects the business. Lastly, they will identify up to 5 colleagues who will complete the communication style identifier. 


The challenger will reflect at the end of this journey on how they interact with their managers, peers, and co-workers. 

The manager should approve *Selections.

Weekly Challenge #2: Curiosity

  • M.B.M.C 1 on 1 two 45-minute coaching sessions on a visionary leader. 
  • Challenger will present a project to their manager that will move the business forward while incorporating research and benchmarking tools. 
  • Challenger will propose to enhance a current policy or procedure and deliver the improved process to an executive. 


During the second week, the challenger will focus on branding their CURIOSITY. A leader must have the vision and the necessary knowledge to achieve long-term goals. Leaders also inspire others to reach organizational goals. 


The challenger will present a task to their manager that will move the business forward while incorporating research and benchmarking tools included in their journal. The challenger will propose to enhance a current policy or procedure and deliver the improved process to that leader/manager of the department.

Weekly Challenge #3: Commitment

  • M.B.M.C 1 on 1 two 45-minute coaching sessions on an empathetic and trusting leader 
  • Challenger will become a mentor, designing an outline of assignments and scheduled recurring meetings with their mentee for an extended period.

During the third week, the challenger will focus on branding their COMMITMENT to the organization by focusing on being empathetic and trustworthy. We are more likely to feel we can trust someone who has trusted us first. Letting your guard down and trusting your coworkers' is critical for excellent teamwork. Also, sharing personal stories, and talking about struggles can identify the vulnerability. Allowing yourself to be a bit vulnerable is a great way to project warmth and compassion. As a leader, it's easy to have a laser-like focus on the tasks at hand. However, putting yourself in someone else's shoes to see a different perspective will show empathy. 


This week the challenger will become a mentor and seek mentorship. The challenger will design an outline of assignments and scheduled recurring meetings and develop smart goals in their journal.

Weekly Challenge #4: Celebrate

  • M.B.M.C 1 on 1 two coaching sessions on motivating and recognizing success in others as a leader. 
  • Challenger will host a meeting, including the colleagues that participated in "What's my communication style" and acknowledge their differences. Forming a circle around the challenger, and they will share their M.B.M.C experience. The challenger will reward the colleagues with a coaching session. 


During the final week, the challenger will focus on CELEBRATING their brand. They will do this by acknowledging their hard work and rewarding others. Self-motivation and recognizing success in others is a high-quality skill to achieve. Great leaders know that people are highly motivated when they understand why they are doing something. The best leaders put the right conditions in place to ensure people gain this more profound connection. Recognizing victories, even small ones, and setting aside time to celebrate successes are vital parts of the job. Honoring achievement can happen at every level of the operation. 


The challenger will host a meeting, including the colleagues that participated in "What's my communication style" and acknowledge their differences. Forming a circle of trust around the challenger, they will share their M.B.M.C experience. The Branded Challenger will reward a colleague with a 45-minute free M.B.M.C coaching informational session.
